RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our goal is to make sure that each Little Valley order we send is exactly what you wanted. However, we know that at times a return or exchange may be needed. Please read below before placing your order to make sure you understand our return and exchange policy.

Unfortunately we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or sale items. 

If the item is faulty or the size is not right, we’ll happily process an exchange for another size or item (subject to availability) provided you meet the following conditions:

  • Your item/s are returned within 10 working days of receiving your order
  • Item/s are returned in original condition (unworn and unwashed, in new condition with original packaging)
  • Accompanied with proof of purchase
  • Return authorisation has been approved via email

Please email littlevalleyhk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange before sending your item/s back. We will cover postal or shipping for returning faulty item/s. Any postal or shipping charges for size exchange/s are at your own expense. 

Little Valley reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the conditions above.

A notification will be sent to you once approved with instructions on how to return/exchange for faulty item/s or incorrect size/s. 

Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered/traceable form of postage. Little Valley will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost on return. 

Once we accept your returned item/s we will either:

  • Process a refund back to your original method of payment
  • Place an exchange order for the item/s you are after (subject to availability)
